Access :
Brussels Airport - 30 km from site- http://www.brusselsairport.be/en/

From
Brussels Midi train station - 40 km from site -
to be prefered for arrivals with Eurostar (UK) , Thalys (F - NL - D), you can connect to :
Leuven train station - 7.5 km

Airport and station pick up can be arranged from Thursday 09 sep 2010 at 7 AM.
Return shuttle will stop operating Monday 13 Sep 2010 at 4 PM.

Driving direction for cars, trucks and horse trailer :
From E40 (LIEGE - BRUSSELS) take EXIT 23
Take N25 towards WAVER
Take right at traffic light then IMMEDIATE left on VROUWSTRAAT
Drive straight forward for about 4 km, you’ll pass near Oud Heverlee water park
At intersection (Restaurant "In de Molen") take right, RUITERSCHOOL is +/-1km on the right side.
EOCHA participants parking will be at the back of the facility. 

Accomodation :

• You can set up your tent and camp.
• You can use school dorm at low cost (see EOCHA registration form)
• You can book a local Hotel in LEUVEN or HEVERLEE :
